The activity started with the opening program followed by the presentation of Dr. Evelyn Chavez, TEC Zonal Representative for Mindanao and the focal person of the project. She delivered the background and milestones of the project.

It was followed by the workshops facilitated and processed by RCTQ team headed by Dr. Jennie V. Jocson, Deputy Director of RCTQ. She discussed the contents, learning activities, and its alignment with the BTIs.
