LUZON ROLL-OUT:

After the conduct of Learning Resource Package Development Workshop on August 14-16, 2019 at A. Venue Hotel, Makati City, the roll out of the modules in Luzon cluster followed last September 17 – 19, 2019 at Purok Marcela Beach Resort, Lingayen. It was participated in by Division Focal Persons on Coaching and Mentoring.

Day 0 started with discussion by Dr. Jennie Jocson on Appreciating Coaching and Mentoring in the context of DepED system. This was followed by the topic on Understanding the role of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers in Coaching and Mentoring of Pre-service Teachers and Learning the Coaching and Mentoring Program. After the second and third sharing, worksheets were distributed to the participants to get insights on the shared information.

Day 1 was a walkthrough with additional inputs to further enhance the modules.

Day 2 was allotted for the planning on how to cascade the modules in the field. RCTQ provided 3 implementation models to choose from.

During the closing program, RCTQ team promised to provide soft copy of the enhanced modules.

VISAYAS ROLL-OUT:

MINDANAO ROLL-OUT:

The activity was attended by Division Focal Person on Coaching and Mentoring for Mindanao Cluster Dr. Evelyn G. Chavez together with the Research Center for Teacher Quality (RCTQ) team headed by Dr. Jennie V. Jocson represented by Ms. Izella Lampos who served as the facilitator for the roll – out. 

Day 1 started with different sessions and sharing for the backgrounding of the modules. Right after the sessions was a walkthrough of the module facilitated by Ms. Lampos. The participants were given the modules, and thoroughly read and critique it. They were also given worksheets as their guide in critiquing and giving additional inputs. There were sharing of insights and experiences after reading one by one the sessions in the module. 

Day 2 was provided for the planning of the activities and topics to be cascaded in the field.

Before the end of the activity, the RCTQ team provided the participants a copy (soft copy) of the module as well as the different presentations for them to be use during the cascading in the field.
