Applications and nominations are now open for the selection of Teacher Education Council (TEC) Regular Members.

Primary Roles of the TEC Regular Members

1. Contribute to the formulation of policies and standards for teacher education.
2. Bring specific and valuable expertise to the Council.
3. Share practicable knowledge and understanding of the education landscape from one’s area of influence.
4. Represent the voice of teachers and/or school leaders in improving the quality of teacher education in the country.

The TEC Regular Members are also to attend Council meetings at least 4 times a year and upon the call of the Chairperson. They are to hold office for a period of 3 years and may be reappointed once.
